Easter is here, it is the month of March and spring. A time for renewal and rebirth, and as far as the Christian Calendar is concerned, it is a time of the celebration of Christs resurrection. Amongst the turmoil of the world, beauty exists and knowledge sparks life into light.
However, even though this is a time of renewal and new birth, perhaps we can look at this easter spring time as a time where one of the greatest spiritual teachers on earth proved that life continues, and the reality of the afterlife is real and a truth of universal love. Nothing separates us and nothing ever will, for we are eternal beings. In this month, there are examples of healings, of understanding the universe and growing closer to the reality of who we are. This is the time to grow in faith and harmony and to take the power that is your divine right. It is your fundamental divine right. Revelations are perceptions and perceptions are illusions of truth.
We see this time as a time when Jesus proved beyond a shadow of doubt that a belief in the afterlife is real, that death does not separate us and that we are eternal beings. Easter is what I like to term as the month of the Afterlife. It is customary in Christian belief to recognize the suffering that Jesus went through in order to purge humanity of sin. However, the positiveness of this that should be taken by all of us who have lost loved ones is that he proved eternal life and so that should bring some comfort to those who grieve and feel lost because of the grief experienced in losing a loved one. By the very fact that we celebrate the resurrection, are we not celebrating the existence of the afterlife.
We know life continues from the many discourses and evidence we have of the Otherside. It is therefore more prudent to celebrate that life is everlasting and our loved ones have not left us. They exist in the reality of the spirit world and I like to think that at this time perhaps Jesus is over there giving them a lecture about spirit and the everlasting reality that we live.
